• FEMM Fertility Awareness Educator
    • Studied with FEMM, learning the sympto-hormonal method of fertility awareness, and in my teaching I combine this with BBT charting
 • Fertility Knowledge Collective 
    • Took part in the FKC of 2024, where they focus on crafting custom charting programs utilizing cervical mucus, LH testing, BBT, and calculations.
 • Embodied Menstrual Cycle Educator
    • Took the EMCE course of 2024, which takes a holistic approach to menstrual cycle health, including biology, benefits of cyclical living, and managing period pain and supporting hormonal health.
