FEMM Fertility Awareness Educator Studied with FEMM, learning the sympto-hormonal method of fertility awareness, and in my teaching I combine this with BBT charting Fertility Knowledge Collective Took part in the FKC of 2024, where they focus on crafting custom charting programs utilizing cervical mucus, LH testing, BBT, and calculations. Embodied Menstrual Cycle Educator Took the EMCE course of 2024, which takes a holistic approach to menstrual cycle health, including biology, benefits of cyclical living, and managing period pain and supporting hormonal health.
