This program is a personalized holistic wellness experience designed to help you gain deeper insight into your health, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing through individualized support and guidance. Throughout this program, we will explore your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, nutrition, stress, habits, and wellness goals in order to create a personalized wellness plan tailored to your unique needs. As a test client, you will move through a guided process that includes: - Intake and assessment forms - Personalized review and wellness planning - A 1-on-1 consultation session - A month of implementation and support - A follow-up session to review progress and next steps This program is designed to create a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel seen, heard, and guided in a holistic and sustainable way. Please note: This is not a rushed or one-size-fits-all approach. The process is intentionally personalized, which means your forms and assessments will be carefully reviewed before recommendations are made. You may also receive supportive educational resources, wellness tools, and lifestyle recommendations throughout the process to help support your implementation phase.
